He answered all questions clearly, ensure understanding and was very helpful thro the process
Just our rates coming in so much higher than the rates that day and them not able to tell us why. It be different if we had a bad credit score but we were the second highest you could have.
It was a pain free easy going process.

Whether they are first-time homebuyers or have previously owned, it is always rewarding seeing my clients achieve their goal of homeownership. Coming into the industry at the busiest time in history while also working with a top-producing team forced me to learn and learn quickly. There are very few scenarios I have not seen, and I enjoy working on all types of situations. Every customer is different with unique needs in the loan approval process, and I try to make things as easy for the borrower as possible by being available throughout the process.
