    You need better communication with colleagues. Not make the buyer have to repeat things they already summit. Keep better records of what has been paid.

    Have one contact person. We were jumped around to people in Denver, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Circleville. It often was not clear which person to contact on the various issues.
