The communication was great, every step of the process was clearly explained and the team helped walk all the way through closing.
I work for Wells Fargo and they only had one person that can help with employee discounts, and he seemed like he didn't care about my service. Where as Ashland always got back to me in a reasonable time. I didn't feel like another number!
