I've felt informed through the process and any concepts I did not understand along the way were explained in a digestive, understandable way.

Josh ended up doing quite a lot of work on our behalf to get some unusual situations resolved. Specifically we had to work out some financing details for getting work done before having the roof replaced by the seller's insurance.
