Ralph communicated well throughout every stage of the process - and despite some obstacles, I was able to buy the condo and get my student loans forgiven in the process. I'm extremely grateful for his help and expertise.

Received clear to close extremely late, signed all documents at closing and left with keys in hands yet shortly afterwards, received multiple calls/texts to provide more documentation or we were told the loan will not be funded. We did not...
