It was a very smooth process
Everyone was kind and caring. They helped me understand the process and answered my questions. All those involved were on top of everything that needed to be accomplished.

Communication, how fast yall were able to help with everything. Literally everything . We were first time home buyers and i couldn't have asked for a better team.
Sherry and her team was absolutely amazing. I worked closely with her and Spencer and they were all amazing. We had a short timeline and they were able to get it done. Very thankful!
What made it all great was the fact that I had questions at times and if I emailed someone or called someone they were answering me. Made me feel like I mattered most!

Thanks Sara. Yes there were some hurdles to overcome, and those items were mostly out of our control, but I don't think you could have found a lender that overcame what we did to close. All the best wishes in your new home!
Ralph is always on top of the details. Communicates often and especially at milestones in the transaction. His process is top knotch with getting approvals done well before the deadline. I refer him often because he's the best!
