The speed and responsiveness at the time of the initial request, the openness and honest communication. Good sense of humor.
More attention to detail, better communication, better expectations on timelines. We had to point out numbers being wrong on loan disclosures, closing disclosures, only one of the two applicants actually being on the loan, etc.. multiple times....
