Very easy to work with, questions answered quickly. The tracker showing the steps needed/completed was also a very nice tool.
They jumped in to take over from a scrupulous lender I was working with and eased my mind and answered all my panicked questions very timely and also walked me thru what was happening step by step. Brett was GREAT!
Jumped right in and got my process done after a horrible ecperience with another lender who was out of state. Local is better!

Very helpful with making everything clear. It had been over 30 years since we bought a house and it was confusing for us. Brett also would text whenever I needed to check e-mail, because I told him I never checked e-mail.
Communication was very clear and fast, everything was explained to me and managed to fit my needs.
