Nevin’s knowledge of many tangential subjects is invaluable for making the best decision. He acts as a fiduciary, regardless of whether he is obligated to do so or not.
Nevin went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and was there, day or night, to answer our questions.
Nevin had answers and was willing to take time and explain the answers. Every time I called, he picked up and called me right back. Due to the seller's needs we needed to close in 30 days, we closed in 28 days. Nevin and his team was great
