Being a new homeowner, I was worried our process would be complicated, but it was made simple and easy to follow. Bit of back and forth with duplicates to underwriting but not too bad. All in all the service provided was amazing.
Nevin and Amy were so repronsive to all our questions. And Nevin was instramental to us understanding the different types of loans, how percentages work, etc. His guidance made the entire loan procress so much easier for us.
