Friendly staff and quick to respond to emails

It was smooth and easy, great communication. However we were a bit disappointed in having the keys later than expected due to the fundings were late. I wish that fairway would have known about the banks time limit on sending the funds.
The team made it very clear what they needed from me. They were with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and answering all of my questions. As a new homebuyer john taught me a lot about what it takes to buy a house.

Outstanding service from everyone on the team! Austin Gray has the patience of Job, was very informative and really did an amazing job! I would recommend Loans With Lee for anyone needing first class, honest service.
The entire team was so helpful! All of the steps of my refinance process were fully explained and questions were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend Fairway Mortgage to anyone buying or refinancing a house!!
