Better communication between agent and customer also between co workers. Seems only one person can the loan packet and if you call with questions and they aren’t there your questions don’t get answered.
It was extremely easy to understand what was needed and when, and all staff were extremely friendly and flexible with when I had the required forms and information and when to deliver and how to deliver said forms.
Kelly, Tana, and Suzi went above and beyond! With this being out first home buying experience, we were unsure of a lot. They worked fast and explained everything along the way!
