Kelly snd her team were great and alway available for questions or concerns.
Constantly communicating all the steps needed and getting back to us whenever we left a voicemail. It was not days after but only and hour or so sometimes minutes!
Kelly was very patient with us as we gathered and completed the correct documents, as well as helpful with questions.
Great communication, great reassurance. The whole process was smooth.
