The recent experience was not consistent with my previous two mortgages Response time was slower and required multiple follow-up calls, and produced lots of stress for last-minute requests.
The response time from Sarah and Kayla were amazing. I knew whenever I sent a question out, I would get a response back quickly no matter what day or time it was.
