Everything was perfect took little longer then expected but it was fault on my side by my Hoa.

Sarah's manager was unhelpful, lacked the ability to change or add to the process, and was also very negative towards the success of the loan. However Sarah and the processor remained positive and saw it through. Sarah's manager was ineffective...

The refi was fairly straightforward. Sarah was helpful in getting me the instructions for everything she needed before I was forwarded to another person who finished up making sure I submitted everything.
