Sam was honest and understanding throughout the whole process. We were always informed about the process and 100% comfort working with Sam.
Sam made this a very easy process and was immediately available whenever I had a question.
Sam was very professional in explaining to us the loan process, he also broke down numbers for different price ranges on the homes we were looking at so we could have a better idea of how much we could afford monthly.
Well, for first time homebuyers we didn't know what the process entailed and what to expect as far as the mortgage and finding the right home etc. But Sam made it easier for us and broke down the numbers every time there was a question or concern...
