Sam closed one home with me this week. Scheduled to close right after government shutdown on a USDA. Sam flipped to another type of loan and we closed in a few days. He just got me an approval on another and we went in contract yesterday

Sam has expertise in VA lending . My clients experience was smooth and closed easily.
It felt like they dealt with all the minutiae, and hectic parts of the process and eetails with the lender, allowing me to have a smooth and stress-free process.
