I feel there was some misunderstand during the process at times. Saydee and Robin done what they could I didn't understand as an underwriter, the difficulty in calculating an annual bonus. Indid appreciate Sam sharing the refinancing opportunities...

Staff wass very helopful, however the e-filing system did not appear to be always operating as it should or there existed confusion regarding how it was to operate.
