Sam is great. I know he's got a team that he has amassed to help serve his clientele, and he has done it well. Very much appreciate his timeless, his communication, and his overall can do attitude. Which our case tested to the limit!
There was a few issues on the VA side of things, but Sam and my realtor worked together and resolved those issues.

Thank you for your feedback, Lori! We are always working to reduce the paperwork to the minimum amount necessary. I agree with you. Some underwriters deserve to have their faces put on a dart board...
