Good communication
Sam was so helpful the entire time. Sam went above and beyond to answer questions and get us into our home. I’ve already recommended him to others!
Sam was very quick to answer any questions I had. He worked VERY hard to get our closing to be on time.
It was really between great and okay but that isn’t an option. Dealing with other office personnel who fail to keep one up to date on if they did or didn’t receive an item requested is the reason for the rating.
