Quickness to respond to questions and ability to keep things on track.
This is my third loan with Embrace and Sam. They seats provide top notch service and communication. I feel heard and supported through the entire process and have referred them to multiple friends!
I felt that my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner and I got good interest rates for my home purchase. My agents were responsive and helpful in getting me to close on time.
