BNC did their best to make things right as there were many last minute changes to disclosures as the property was not classified properly from the beginning

Ryan was very prompt to requests and really pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. He even picked up the phone at 4:59pm on a summer Friday and did not seem rushed.

From start to finish Ryan & his loan processor Kassandra followed through with everything. We were dealing with a tight time frame to close which Ryan was able to deliver on & it closed on time..
Our title company said they had a really hard time getting a hold of BNC. I had trouble getting emails answered and phone calls received as well.
