Very efficient
I had a great experience with Ryan West. Made me feel very comfortable and help me understand everything and was very patient with all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Got the job done! Would have been nice to have a bit more communication here and there on what we needed and next steps to expect but overall it was a good experience
Its not related to Ryan but the service from processor and closing team. During the underwriting process and financial contingency had to follow up couple of times with the processor and received reply at end of day for additional documents....

My son Chris mostly dealt with you, but I understand you were most helpful with expediting the financial end of things....and our APR was better than others.
Very easy to get a hold of and a great communicator. Helped me through all my dumb questions as a first time home buyer. All around great experience and Ryan is wonderful
