waiving the appraisal was sweet, and being able to push everything through in 1 day after binding insurance was great. The buyer loves the house and was elated we were able to get it done early.

Ryan was always updating me and on top of our deal. He was polite and great to talk to. And always kept me informed as the deal progressed.
He kept me in the loop, and let me now what was going on all the time. He was easy to work with and I would refer him to other potential buyers.
