They were very helpful and responsive through the entire process. We had difficulties with another lender and the experience with cross country was a night and day difference. We will definitely keep them in mind when we refinance in the future...

From the preapproval to the final closing, Ryan explained every step of the process and answered every question fully. Will reach out to Ryan when I look for a new mortgage in the future or refer any friends or family to him.
