Ryan, Jodi, and all staff at CrossCountry Mortgage were very responsive and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated their 'hand-holding' from pre-approval all the way to the closing.

From start to finish, I was informed on what to do, where I was at in the process, and received detail explanations on every step. Ryan and his team kept me motivated and provided assurance along the way. Their constant communication was excellent...

Ease, communicatio, and flexibilit. Altough at the beginning responsiveness could have been a bit better. Great overall !
