Ryan was always available and very helpful. I can also say the same about all other people who were in touch with us and involved during the whole process. Overall we had a very good experience.
Ryan made the process quite easy and was always very responsive to any questions I had. I have referred Ryan and his team to 10+ people since and know 3 of them who have agreed to refinance with his team.
I don’t know who would be in charge of keeping track of my refinance, but it took a very long time. I was also told by Ryan that I would not have to make a mortgage payment for two months after closing but it will only be one. Which changes...
