Kevin was great! He answered all of my questuons. I'm a first time homeowner, so I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and knowledgable. He worked with me to get the best rate possible for me. He responded quickly to calls and messages....

I do not recommend this lender. Kevin Gibbs quoted me 5.75% repeatedly (in writing), offering rates buy down up to 5k, made me go through the entire underwriting process, and once I was fully underwritten, he said rates were 7.25%. We talked...
