The Team was extremely professional, patient, courteous, and they explained the entire process. They provided excellent, suggestions I would not hesitate to use them again!!!

This is the third time I have worked with Monarch Mortgage and all 3 have been terrific experiences. I highly recommend this company, Russell Smith, and his team. I will work with them again!

Very helpful through the whole home buying process. Responded to inquiries quickly. Answered all my questions. As a first time home buyer they really made it a low stress experience for me.

Russell seems to focus on both the buyer/seller and the agents involved. Keeps everyone informed. Reaches out by phone whenever needed. I like his approach and communication skills. He knows what he is doing, and that's missing a lot these...
