It took a very long time to process my loan and there were times I reached out and it took a very long time to receive a response. Also I was asked for documents over and over again. I would have like someone to hold my hand a little more.

Rudy, was amazing to work with. He spent his own time helping me and making sure the loan closed for me. I definitely bothered him on weekends and he still responded to me. This is great customer service !!
