Great customer service
Better communication from the lender for one. It took nearly three months just to close. When I first talked to Rudy. He made it seem like I would only have to pay "a couple hundred dollars to close" which it turned out to be over $1100.00....

Keeping touch once the loan go into processing proved difficult. I wanted to be kept in the loop and at the end I had a date to sign the documents and I still had not seen the documents to review
This process was a struggle from beginning to end. I’m trying to fix issues with operations in regards to the mess made at closing. I would not work with Planet ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
