Everyone was extremely helpful and all questions were answered in a very timely fashion
Rudy was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us save money!
The discussion was to the point and Rudy did a very good job being clear on what steps were to be taken and in what time frame.
Communications broke down and at times were nonexistent. Additionally, the pre-closing documentation was constantly changing and incorrect more than once.
We had never refinanced before do we had a lot of questions. Rudy was able to answer our questions and help us find the best mortgage for our long term goals.
Very responsive and will help with any questions you may have.
Tried to do two loans and was told I needed to come in with $30,000 to refinance when I currently have loan with the company. Then the constant resigning of documents that changed about 6 times.
More clear communication. No closing procedures were discussed. Shorten the refinance process for returning PHL customers.
More communication about the process and ongoing activities and updates.
