Patient and commcate made it happen thanks so much
I had issues with my closing costs in terms of the amount and understanding them. They were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating.
This is the second refi that I have done with Planet Home.
Started in April and closed in July. Took way too long. Communication wasn’t good at all. Definitely needs attention to make it better. It could be due to short staff, I am not sure but it took way too long to close.
From my initial call to the closing, the whole process was smooth and pleasent
Rudy was great to deal with and was very efficient and got right back to us with the answers to any questions we had.
