Rudy helped extensively in getting people to understand what we were requesting with the refi of our home.
Everything went flawlessly. All paperwork was done and completed quickly.
there were too many times that I had to provide paperwork and the underwriters would take a week to look at the papers, then they would ask for something else and then another week, this whole process took me 2 months to do this process.
This process was very smooth and Rudy was very easy to work with! No issues whatsoever and a wonderful experience.
He is great, he knows his job and is always very helpful
More communication before signing documents. I know it takes 30 to 45 days to get everything done, but I only had 2 or 3 contact communications in between that time.

Better organization and communication. I refinanced there because of the good rate but the whole thing was a struggle. Getting someone on the phone is impossible and appointments are cancelled without notice.
