Made the process very smooth
Better communication from anyone that Planet Home Lending includes in a customer's transaction. If and when I refinance again, not sure I would Planet Lending if I had the same title company.
Mr. Hobbs was always in contact with us and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Better communication. Receiving emails late at night and needing things by the next morning then not hearing back for long periods of time just overall felt like I was on the back burner
