Planet home lending did a good job but if I had it to do over again I would insist on a different title company.
Better communication, had to follow up multiple times to get an update. Refinance took 2 months to close. My homeowners insurance was just left out to dry, had to pay out of my pocket when it was supposed to come out of my escrow to make sure...
