The only glitch in the entire process was Rudy's assistant told me I had a 90 day window to install handrails on my exterior steps. Per Rudy this was inaccurate which forced me to install the handrails in a tight 48hr window prior to closing....

RMS was amazing. Rudy was great to work with and so responsive along with his assistant Laura. Dynamic duo! I received a lower rate than expected and the process couldn't be any easier
