Constant communication and the ability to do everything from my phone such as sign papers.
We mostly dealt with Andy. He is a pleasant sort and was good to work with.
No one explained any of the disclosures and all of my questions were answered with short answers. This wasn't a pleasant home buying experience like my first house.
