Mr Shapiro was fantastic. Unfortunately the length of wait time was quite long I understand why. Their choice of closing agents was poor at best. Company probably didn’t know. Thanks for helping me get a lower rate.
It took almost 5 months to close and on closing day no one showed up. So the attorney drove up 5 hours to handle it. And Ross would not return our call...its day 3 now. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!
He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He told me how each step was gonna go and guided me through it all and made it easy for me to get it done. He was very nice to deal with and I’m very happy.
Ross answered all my questions in a very timely manner and he was very knowledgeable.
