Ross was always quick to call back and answer our Questions
Responsiveness and getting it done in a timely fashion (as much as can be during this massive spike in refinancing).

If you want someone who will gently walk you through the mortgage process - new finance, refinance, etc....then Darrell is your guy. He is very responsive to your needs and is great in follow through during the whole process.
this is truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they do not pay your taxes on time, and you get threatened from the city, they over pay at other times and the money comes from your escrow causing your mortgage to go up 230.00...
