My rate went up after we had "locked" it - I guess because the loan was to be sold to a different investor - but it felt very bait-and-switchy to me.

The whole process was made very simple and easy to understand. The team stayed in contact so we knew exactly what was going on.

The loan process was seamless and it closed on time. When I emailed to check in I always got a response. Only suggestion would be to include the Listing Agent in loan milestones via email:) Thank you for a wonderful trans!
