Ronda was so easy to communicate with, she was awesome with explaining the process to our first time home buyers!
I would have preferred a little better communication. I think it would be better to say "realistically it may take up to 2 weeks for the rest of these processes to close" then if it happens sooner that's good news instead of having to reschedule...

Very professional and timely with answers and guidance. The app was convenient and easy to use, lender explained everything well making the buying process a lot smoother. Overall really good experience.
