Mr. Roger is a trusted, knowledgeable, and dependable loan officer. He has been my loan officer, from my first home loan and at present. He explained to me everytlying, and called him anytime of the day, even weekend.

The portal tool used to upload documents & identify task status to complete wasn't updated when the documents requested were uploaded onto the site. I hand to delivered documents to the office and had them scanned and the task status still...

Roger was helpful through out the whole process. Every time I had a question it was answered right away. Very professional. I don't think I could of had better customer service while buying my first home. Roger made it seem stress free.
