If you are a current Planet Home Lending customer and want to refinance your loan-contact another lender. It took 5 months to get this done versus the industry standard of 22-45 DAYS.
Refinancing has this complexity of paper work that defines the process, but with Mr Turner, he gave me confidence and calmness that the process will be completed. Amazingly the refinancing was completed. I was able to close, truly excited.
