Rodrick made the process easy taking a lot of the stress off me. He is a highly professional, organized, and clear communicator who is incredibly resouceful and alwas willing to share his expertise.
The process was too long and the communcation was sketchy.
Mr Hyde returned and phone calls, and e-mails! Was able to answer, and explain all our questions. Mr Hyde made our refinance a smooth transaction!
