I would call and call and not hear anything back from him. When got I was in contact with him it was very helpful but would take week plus sometimes to get a call back

Rodrick was actually great and very nice to work with but the overall experience and the fact that it took 4 months to refinance my mortgage with all the run arounds was actually horrendous!
