Rodrick was ready to answer the call, often well after normal business hours. He was polite and friendly, working with us to ensure we had the best rate and terms.

Rodrick was extremely helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We are so grateful to have had his knowledge and attention to detail.
Rodrick was responsive and answered questions. Had no control over other areas that caused delays in the process.
I used Rodrick for my last two refinances. He worked to get me the best deal both times. If I refinance again, he will be the first person I call.
It should not take almost six months to complete a refinancing of our property. I don't really blame Rodrick. He tried his best. But I do blame how Planet Home Lending handles its loans. More needs to be done to make sure that loans are processed...
