Process of refinancing was very easy. Rodrick was very attentive and great to work with.
It shouldn’t take 5 months to complete a refinance with the existing lender. We started the process in March and didn’t close until August. It also cost more than originally anticipated.
The refinance went smoothly and we were kept well informed along the way
