Rodrick was super pleasant to work with. He was very helpful and answered all our questions.
It was very efficient. Rodrick initiated contact, gave very clear insight regarding the process and implications of a refinance, and he took the time to answer some technical questions I had, too. Very glad we landed with Planet.
I had to repeatedly advocate for myself rather than my representative being an advocate for me.
