We went from offer to close in 10 business days. Robin started early and worked late to ensure all goalposts were reached. It was all done while we were in a different time zone several states away.

Overall experience is great! If I could receive the wire transfer instructions earlier before closing, it allows me to contact my bank in advance and woould not result in possible delay!

Working largely with repeat customers and referral-based clients, I’ve assisted everyone from hourly wage earners to high-end luxury buyers. Early in my career, the majority of my customers were first time homebuyers, and it has been fun to grow with them as their lives have evolved and I still welcome the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers. For my luxury buyers I have access to traditional and niche portfolio products.
