Robin was wonderful to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly and with great detail.
Howard Hanna was very responsive and helpful at all hours of the day. They made things very easy, and it was great working with them.

For the most part the process was smooth!
Robin was always available and responsive at all hours of the day. It was very easy to work with her. I decided to go with Howard Hanna for my loan because Robin always got back to me quickly, especially when it was time to put in an offer.
Try and send emails earlier in day. Don’t allow concierge to spam security systems, moving companies etc and not actually accomplish things asked for like switching over gas, or setting up internet. Review GI bill situations maybe, it seemed...

The entire process was very straight forward and helpful and Robin was very helpful and responsive.
The loan was not underwritten in a timely manner and caused a three week delay in the closing.

Working largely with repeat customers and referral-based clients, I’ve assisted everyone from hourly wage earners to high-end luxury buyers. Early in my career, the majority of my customers were first time homebuyers, and it has been fun to grow with them as their lives have evolved and I still welcome the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers. For my luxury buyers I have access to traditional and niche portfolio products.
